STEP INTO LIFE FITNESS AT THE RESERVE

 
We all know how important fitness and exercise is to health and well-being. Step into Life East Vic Park helps residents achieve their goals, whilst having fun in a supportive small group environment. They cater for all ages and fitness levels while doing it in the great outdoors. You’ll find them training at 9am Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning all year round at Harold Rossiter Reserve.
 
In summer, the group moves to the middle oval to make use of the dense shade provided by the trees along the edge. Their wide selection of different training options includes cardio, toneup, boxing and powerflex. Come and join them, make friends and get fit at the same time!
